The ultimate goal of the FasTrack Process is to provide a business solution that will maximize a company’s success in global markets by streamlining its global expansion process and exponentially growing its sales and profits while reducing overall costs. The FasTrack Export Step-by-Step Process is available in a series of seven volumes. Each volume addresses one of phases in the FasTrack Process. The Phase 1 volume will assist in defining the FasTrack Process, explaining the differences between a global and a globalized company, and providing guidance in organizing or reorganizing your company’s market expansion program. The company will benchmark its company against a series of best-practice standards and define the expected outcomes of its successful export market expansion program. This volume is the first phase of a seven phase process. The volume contains 15 process worksheets. W. Gary Winget is a founder and currently vice president of FasTrack Global Expansion Solutions and Global Resource Associates. He previously served as Assistant Director of Export Development for the Minnesota Trade Office. He is co-author of the book “Fast-Track Exporting” and a recipient of the U.S. Presidential ‘E’ Award. Winget has a B.S. in commerce and law from the University of Illinois and was awarded a Bush Mid-Career Fellowship to study public policy at Yale University.
